Processing Time

Most pieces are made to order, unless specified as "ready to ship" in the description. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we craft your jewelry.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees. Unfortunately, we can’t control delays due to customs.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Atiwo, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

Returns

Contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue a prompt refund to your original payment method.

Care Instructions

Keep your pretty Atiwo products longer by following these simple guidelines:

• Store your items in their bag to avoid scratches from other objects, and avoid bending/dropping them.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals (perfume, alcohol...).
• Use a damp, soft cloth to clean the metal components that can tarnish over time.
