Processing Time

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we craft your jewelry.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees. Unfortunately, we can’t control delays due to customs.

Refunds & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will be happy to send a replacement.

Care Instructions

Keep your pretty Atiwo Designs products longer by following these simple guidelines:

• Store your items in their bag to avoid scratches from other objects, and avoid bending/dropping them.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals (perfume, alcohol...).
• Use a damp, soft cloth to clean the metal components that can tarnish over time.
